| Project Description: | The first "Quilts in the Gardens" will take place at the Royal Botanical Gardens. The central element of the exhibition is the display of more than 250 traditional and art quilts and related items made by the Halton Quilters Guild members. The second major aspect of the event will be a special exhibition of the 50 to 100 best quilts from other guilds from all over Ontario. In addition, ten technical and artistic workshops will be held over the weekend. |
